changing the routine and stepping out of the comfort zone give me a positive outcome.

i fill my evenings with work. so i didn't have any chance to nap - nap makes me lazy.
i fill my nights with counting how much i get for the day, sorting out my tasks for the next day, and finishing my assignments.
i sleep quite early without overthinkings because i'm tired.

a slight change in routine gives me a big impact overall.

i feel content.

it's healthy for my mental health too. i've stopped overthinking as often as before. i didn't picked an unnecessary fight with my boyfriend. i didn't feel as insecure as before.

but i can't fix my one bad habit. i blame myself way too much. i give myself a hard time. i stress myself out over everything.

because i don't like not getting my tasks done.

i complained so much on how unmotivated i was, but did absolute nothing to make any changes.

and my skin is so much better now.

it took so long for my skin troubles to get healed. even now, i still have some acnes and scars but improving. i learnt skincare, and healthy diets.

i complained on how my skin was bad i got acne all over and scars not fading away. i sat and did nothing, of course. all i did was complaining.

however,

i'm proud of myself for making some changes in life.
